technical assistance in program design, funding applications and

IGS staff members have provided extensive Ryan White CARE Act
program development assistance to the Greater Baltimore HIV Health
Services Planning Council (Maryland), Greater Hampton Roads HIV
Health Services Planning Council (Virginia) and Greater New Haven
HIV Consumer Council (Connecticut). Indeed, IGS currently holds
the Baltimore City contract to manage all aspects of the administration
of the Greater Baltimore Planning Council. The Baltimore Planning
Council is one of only a handful of HIV planning councils nationwide
to have met all its mandates from the U.S. Health Resources and
Services Administration.
